Library card
You need a library card for borrowing media, for personal login to your library account and for the creation of the digital library card.
A library card is not required to use the electronic media!
How do I get the library card?
Use the forms to pre-order your library card. You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as your library card has been created and you can pick it up. We usually send the e-mail after 1 to 3 business days.

Loss of the library card
If you lose your library card, please notify the library's Local Circulation Desk immediately (phone: 0202/439-2704) or send an e-mail to the Local Circulation Desk. You are liable for all media borrowed with the lost card until the loss is reported.
