Terms of Use

You have free access to all databases licensed by the university library Wuppertal which you need for your academic studies or scientific work. Library users who are not members of the university may use licensed databases only within the rooms of the university library.

If you use the databases you obligate yourself to a responsible conduct of the contents especially regarding the particular terms of use as well as the copyright law and the library regulations.

Resources of databases are generally intended for non-profit educational or scientific use. Systematic downloading (especially by using specialised software such as robots, spiders or crawlers) and the production of copies for commercial purposes are prohibited. You may not create an own private archive.

A transfer of database contents both electronically and in printed form is not permitted. Similarly, searches are not permitted on behalf of companies.

IDs and passwords for database access must be kept secret and must not be disclosed to third parties.
