Provision of reserved media
If a reserved medium is ready for collection, the library will send you a notice by e-mail or mail that the reserved item can now be picked up.
Reserved media will be on hold for a period of ten days.
Information to the specific date can be found in your library account.
Collection
Media from the library holdings at Campus Grifflenberg can be picked up at the lending desk on floor 7. Media from the holdings of the subject libraries 6 and 7 can be picked up at the lending desks in these libraries.
